Opener was operating erratically. Service was booked for next day online and quickly confirmed. Problem was diagnosed quickly and options offered to replace springs and opener. Repair completed two days later. Tech did a great job explaining charges and discounts, and operations of the control pads and remotes.

Rapid response to my emergency, arrived on time, notified me of expected arrival, super nice guys, obviously knew what they were doing, and did it (and did it right, the first time.) Very professional, very friendly, prepared. Pretty sure I could have hired a decent handyman for a lot less, or maybe just a little less, but I didn't have time to take a chance that it would turn into a multi day task. These guys were efficient and my garage door is back in business in a couple of hours. I'm very pleased and would work with them again without hesitation.

With all the difficulties presented to the manufacturer and the transportation of the new doors they have finally been installed with all new tracks, motors and etc. The installer, Hollis, was a very pleasant and helpful person. When complete Hollis even installed the activator in the two cars. Installation was very good.
