First off, I was so surprised that someone answered the phone so early inn. Saturday. With that in mind, I was surprised that anyone was available for service on a Saturday at all. Hello, I had two new garage doors installed. Tech was courteous and efficient and I am pleased with the doors. I paid in full for tinted glass with Arched Thames. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that the Arched Thame inserts were missing and did not get installed. I will now have to contact customer service to find out where they are and when they will be installed. Thanks

I called to repair my garage door I called precision and spoke to the owner Larry he new exactly what was needed plus they had the opener and springs in stock. The Tech James arrived when he said he would. He installed the springs and bar first and then a jack opener by lift master. He was very professional then Bruce came by To help finish my install. Wow I can open my garage door from a remote I close it the dead bolt snaps in place and My door is secure. James also helped me get the app setup on my phone and now I can open and close my door with my Smartphone. Bruce installed my light in an are I chose he also installed this great digital display push button and sensor. When I walk in my garage the light comes on this is a super bright Led light. This company and there team are obviously The best in their field in all aspects. They are the company I will recommend . Thank You all for he best service beyond my expectations.

My garage door spring bar broke last night. Called Precision around 1 a.m. and got a service technician to come by around 8 a.m.. James was very friendly and professional and he got the job done in less than an hour! He also helped me out with adjusting my garage door motor and it's mounting position so it can function more efficiently. Great service from James and he explained everything I needed to know about the warranty on the springs. I would highly recommend Precision to my friends and family! Thanks James!
