Matt confirmed the problem in that the "mother board" or something like that was defective which was causing the door control in the garage to not work, and that the door would open and close spontaneously. He took am appropriate amount of time, replaced the parts and solved the problem. Matt has a great personality and is nice to work with.

Matt Lattimore, with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, was just great- he showed up a minute before our appointment, was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed (and explained) our problem quickly. He had all the tools and parts required for the job, and he knew what he was doing- knocking out the whole job in about an hour. He was very thorough, worked safely, and cleaned up afterwards, taking everything with him.
