I am extremely pleased. In addition to enabling a new remote, Josh spent considerable time in replacing the pull down cord from the assembly that allows the garage door to be opened from inside the garage in the event of a power outage.

Garage door spring broke Saturday night leaving me kind of trapped in the garage. Called Sunday morning and precision had Pedro come out later that day. technician Pedro was very professional and convinced me my 40 something year old door needed pretty much a whole rebuild. A little more than I expected to pay for a spring repair, but way worth it. Now the old door works like brand new and should be trouble free for many years to come. I would not hesitate to call precision doors again if I had a problem.
