Henry seemed like a nice guy, but $1300 I found to be an outrageous price. I called another place and they quoted me $500. That’s an unacceptable difference. I regret calling you first. Now I’m out $89 for a “service call”. Lame.

Alfredo Castro was a very nice guy but he missed the real problem which was that the electrical plug was loose, it had come loose from the place you plug it in. There were three cords connected to the motor area and he (and my husband) only checked two of them. So the garage door worked sporatically. So we paid $100 twice for him to come out. After he left the last time (when by the time he got here the door was working again by itself). THEN my husband went out to the garage and followed this third cord to the plug in place and guess what....it was loose. He plugged it back in tightly and no more problems. Except that we are out $200. At least we didn't buy a new motor! Jane Christensen
