The garage door stop opening on Monday morning. Called the precision garage door, around 9am, and they scheduled the technician to come onsite between 2-4 on on the same day. Then I got a text message about who exactly coming and with the picture of the technician. I thought this is very cool service! Then Jonathan called, 30min prior to coming onsite. Actually he came even 2 hours early. He and Jeff did an efficient work and in 30min the work is done and the garage door is back in business. I surely turn to Precision garage door for any garage door needs, going forward!

We had a garage door emergency when we accidentally knocked the garage door off the rails rendering it useless. We managed to somehow get it back on the rail but called Precision Garage Door to come and check it out. Quite honestly I expected a long wait time along with a pretty expensive repair or even a replacement. So I was pleasantly surprised when Matt showed up within 2 hours, checked the door thoroughly, then declared it just fine. It not a new door so when I asked what he thought of the old worn rubber seal on the bottom of the door Matt recommended a replacement along with a lube and tube up. He was super pleasant, efficient, didn't try to up-sell me on a new door, and he completed the job cleanly and quickly. Voila, working garage door!!! Matt was stellar!!!

UPDATE- had a garage opener malfunction so I requested for Josh as always bc he's the BEST and this is the third property he's worked on for my family and I. My warranty went over the guarantee period but Josh was so kind he still honored it bc all he cares about is making customers happy!. I just had to pay the $89.95 service call fee and Josh took ample time to make sure the new opener was installed correctly and working. He puts a lot of care and detail into his work which I greatly appreciate. My only one complaint are the prices!!!! To change out the rollers for 1 garage increased from an already expensive $250 to $300 recently and on top of that you still have to pay the $89.99 service call that is NOT included in the price!!! I compared these rollers with comparable high end top of the line rollers bc Precision always uses the best and the same top of the like rollers were only $28 on Amazon and $34 at Home Depot. The difference is Precision's is powder coated green - very smart great marketing ploy so they can tell you it's not the exact same roller! Other top rated garage companies on yelp are charging only $150-$175 and that's INCLUDING labor!!! Honestly, if it wasn't for my trust in Josh I would've saved a lot of money by going with one of these other top ranked companies bc their prices are simply so much better than Precision. Yes precision is top quality but the extremely high prices are still not justified. Josh was kind enough to give me a discount as a repeat customer and even then it was still Nearly double the cost of their competitors but I paid it bc I like Josh and I think he's worth every penny!! Now I'm with Precision for life because of their lifetime guarantee so at least I'm happy to know the money was well spent but if their Service call prices go up one more time I won't be so happy.

My garage door suddenly wouldn't open. I attempted to release the door manually and still couldn't open the door. Frustrating it was. Immediately, I phoned Precision Garage and explained my situation. The kind woman who I spoke with scheduled me for a repairman to come within 3-6 hours. To my surprise I received a text stating James Myer, Field Manager would be at my home within the hour. James arrived, was extremely professional, evaluated the situation and offered me several options and pricing to rectify my issue. Prior to beginning the repair, he also examined the other two garage doors and their possible need for repairs. James replaced springs on two of the doors, made some other adjustments and I am pleased to state doors are operating with ease and less noise. I highly recommend Precision and trust their business practices. Joyful appreciation!

On August 23, 2022, I called Precision Garage Door to fix my garage door that buckled when I press the on button. The service man name Matt Gisbert came. I let him operate the to see how it buckled. He noticed that the spring looked not straight. He emphasized that the spring will not be broken soon and I wouldn’t be able to open the door because it’s heavy. He told me also that he is going to replace the track rollers and the springs. He told me that the replacements as Thad thh he ey as their special a would fix the problem. He also noticed that the flaps attached to wood slat on the left side was sticky due to the paint. I noticed that it was not painted. He also told me that he is going to charge for service call of $90 plus dollars when I was told by the answering service that they have a special service at no charge as a promotion. He worked on his pad and computed the cost which was $1095. I was convinced that the problem would be fixed. I told him to go ahead and fiix the problem. He replaced the good and not broken springs with the new springs and rollers. After the replacements the door seemed to operate properly. I didn’t run my garage door in three days then I ran it. Initially the buckled again . My garage door didn’t run properly. I called the company and complained about it. They sent Matt again about the problem. That time he told me that the flap stickiness is the problem and he would like to replace the whole door slats that would cost me more than $200. Now I realized that the main purpose of this man is to sell his products. He fooled me that he is going to fix the problem. I was sold by this man Matt. It cost me money and my dilemma still exist. Matt didn’t fixed the door. Matt seem to me a salesman and not a technician. Help!!
