I didn’t mind paying for the service fee. However the tech did not open the garage door to let the car out. I have to pay another technician to come next day to open the door. I will definitely not use your service in the future.

Very unhappy as I was lied to by this company. Service tech is not at fault it’s more the company and their representative over the phone. I was told my broken springs will have a service fee of $89 plus material. I said ok, come out. The estimate came out to $550 (their lowest option) for just broken springs so I said no thanks, it’s cheaper other places. Come to find out they wanted to charge me $89 fee plus gas fees just to give me price! Their representative never mentioned I’m liable for this. I felt lied to, over priced and nothing resolved. Worst service experience by the company. People don’t know better and pay for over priced services and leave 5 stars on top but don’t be fooled, it does not cost $550 to change garage door springs. Even other high priced companies were less then their quote. One star is not by choice, it deserves less.

Your representative over the phone never mentioned I’m liable to pay $89 service fee PLUS GAS FEES! Regardless if I like your quote or not. Your prices are outrageously high compared to competitors and you still charged me for service fee. I will report this if it’s not taken care of. I shouldn’t be liable to pay your service fee, if no service was preformed. You should name it quote fee or have your representative explain this over the phone. You can go listen to the call. Very pissed off at your business. You should make it right.

Mark explain that he couldn’t give an estimate at the time he was at property and that he would get back to me. My service call was not for broken garage door spring repair as stated for “ service”.
