Mr Jasso installed my New Grarge door yesterday. He informed my wife while I was at work of the insulated strip having a gap when the door closed. I looked at the door this morning and I’m not pleased with the space that is underneath the strip. Mr Jasso informed my wife the weather strip was this way due to ship and packaging. We have paid over $1,800 for a new doo and we were expecting better service than what we received. I’m requesting a new rubber strip underneath my garage door to prevent critters from entering my garage. This was the whole purpose of the purchase. I talked to a representative this morning and requested to speak to a manager. I was informed a manager would contact me but I haven’t heard from any one yet 619-490-0884. Please call so we can resolve the matter

I had the garage door completely replaced. Hollis arrived on time, with advanced notice. Professional, efficient, competent, but the install took MUCH longer than I had anticipated. Apparently, longer than he expected, as well. There was a problem, but he eventually completed the installation. Showed me how to use it. Done. (If it sounds like I am disgruntled, it's because my HOA required me to replace a working, presentable garage door. So it's not you.....)

Note that the service was for balancing the garage door. After a short discussion with him, I was able to convince him the root cause of the problem was that the garage door was not properly balanced instead of the malfunction of the motor board, which was originally suspected. Then He was able to successfully balanced the garage door.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and completed the repairs in a timely manner. hard to see how he could have done it any quicker or professionally. The door works much smoother and quieter now. On 4/4/21 I gave the technician my personal check(#3732) in the amount of $385.15. He asked whether I would prefer a paper receipt or an email to my Cox donroth@cox.net email acct. I said that an email receipt would be fine but have thus far not received a receipt. My credit union ( North Island CU) has not yet cashed the check so perhaps the mix-up is at that end. I will send you another check for $385.15 hoping this is a simple error. I will be checking my account daily and will contact you if the original check is presented for payment.

Unfortunately, the Technician could not establish a link between our 2010 Lexus RX 350 and the garage door control. Possible cause is the age of the car. Remote transmitters still work OK, so we are able to carry on. Thanks for the efforts. David
