The lower panel of our "20" year old garage door was damaged. I asked that an estimate be drawn for a new panel replacement and/or new garage system as our was 20 years old. We opted for the new garage system and received a 10% trade discount. I was never pressured and in fact asked for the quote for a new garage door system. My experience was 5 stars plus! Mark was never pushy and in fact provided the necessary information (cost-benefit) to make the decision. He was also upfront about the lag time on the new door...Mark was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I will definitely be referring my clients to Mark and Precision Door Services.
