We had accidently backed into the garage door and the rollers popped out of the brackets. Called about 1:30pm on Saturday. Was told verbally, by text and by email that a tech would be here between 2 and 4pm. At 4:20pm, called again and was told they would have the tech give me a call. Heard from Josh about 5:20pm stating he would be here in about an hour. He call back around 5:40pm because he had just gotten the message to call me. He got to the house about 6:30pm and was very nice and explained exactly what needed to be done and gave 2 estimates and explained the differences. He was very efficient and got everything taken care of quickly while explaining everything he was doing. If we need again we will definitely call Precision.

Mark arrived on time as scheduled and with due notice ahead of his arrival. We were given an in-depth analysis of what we needed/wanted and an estimate of the costs, including disposal of the old door. Mark was extremely helpful and friendly. Gabriel was very thorough and efficient. We appreciate that he came late rather than putting us off for another day. He was great at communicating his timing so we could keep on working and not have to wait at home all day. That gave us back valuable work timetable. He fixed the installation errors from the prior tech and was very thorough giving us confidence that the install was complete and correct this time. He’s a keeper!! Thank you!

I believe I was over charged for the services, I was charged for something the technician did not do, I was in my garage from start to finish. All the tech did was removed and replaced the bottom end of my garage door. I noticed the charges after he emailed me the final invoice, I am so tempted to stop payment on this check. If I don’t get some explanation. The technician did not perform tasks on the invoice. By the way the technician did not repaired a broken spring on my garage door.

Hollis did a great job installing the garage door into a non-typical sized opening. Everyone during the process was very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the door and the feeling that I can call if/when the need arises.
