Repair was scheduled on same day repair was done fast tech knows his job. I had to paid $100 for repair because my insurance didn’t covered . Only thing I didn’t get was a receipt which I would like to have Tech said I would get it later and I haven’t. AHS said he didn’t put he charged extra. How can I get my receipt. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with this repair! Chasen called to give an estimated arrival time then called to say he was on his way. He arrived and evaluated the issue and let us know the problem and solutions. After we decided on a plan he went to work and did an amazing job!! He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and an amazing technician. Our garage door is perfect. It doesn’t get any better than that. He is outstanding!! I will be posting a five star review on Yelp. Are u kidding me? There are so many things wrong! After waiting 3 months for my door, I am so disappointed. The color seems wrong. We ordered a gray and it looks brown. We ordered white frosted glass. It looks like a regular window. The front panels look warped from a short distance away. You can push on the panels and they sent in and make a noise. Where’s the quality? And, the roll up track hangs so low that I can’t fully open the door from my kitchen that leads to the garage! I also have never seen such a heavy cable rope contraption installed. It’s a one car garage door. It is noisy when opening and closing. I will be calling the company on Monday for sure!
