Chasen was an awesome installation technician! My garage was aluminum and unfinished. I had no idea how to get my opener installed. Chasen showed up, eyeballed it, and provided several different options for installation! It looks like my garage has the opener factory installed! I can't give Chasen enough credit and respect!
