Norbert thou a lil late from the prescribed time, he immediately introduced himself and within less than a minute he found the problem. Tech called before arriving and arrived in a timely fashion. He was very knowledgeable about equipment and diagnosed problem quickly. Tech had a full understanding of company and how it worked. Had a pleasant demeanor and explained what was being done to repair problem. Hope all employees are as great as him. I do have to give a shout out to Madeline who was call taker. Very pleasant and got a rapid response to get tech to my location.

I have my garage door that needs tuneup/safety inspection last week. Installer came inspected what’s to be done, I agreed with his assessment and price but he left not completing the job, I mean he was in a rush to leave forgot other things. So I call Precision office and told the problem, a lady answered and she’s very nice and understands everything I said. She set an appointment same day to have a Manager to take a look what’s to be done. A few hours later Mr James Myer came inspected my garage door, he reprogram the receiver, install a new mounted combination opener, tap my bent metal, lubricated springs, gave me a new canister all free of charge. James did a super job and very professional all throughout. It makes our day much better me and wife are very thankful. Kudos and 5 STARS

You replaced the motor and springs, and provided two remotes. Your service was very prompt and quickly completed. The remotes function as expected, even from the home balcony. Additional springs are scheduled to be placed in a second garage. I am generally satisfied.

Last year, our spring was replaced, a beam was added to strengthen our door, which had been damaged, and general lubrication and inspection was done. Door has worked great and service was outstanding. This year we decided to replace the rollers on the door. Again, the service was outstanding and our door movement is quieter and smoother. Awesome job!

James was very nice and explained what might be the problem. Felt a minor adjustment on the opener weight was all it might need. Ben Harbour was not the tech. who came out. Field Manager, James Myer came.
