Let me see... Was called by Madelyn (sp?) on Monday from Sunday message I had left at your website. She quickly arranged a Tuesday AM appointment. On Tuesday morning, Matthew (my tech) called to say, if convenient, he could arrive a few minutes early. He diagnosed the problem/solution in less than 5 mins, then completed job within time-frame he had told me when I asked. Your email said "our goal is happy customers". You've got one here. I was told I needed an extension kit for an 8 ft garage door. I bought the part on line, went to the store to pick up the part and was told I had to go to another affiliated store to pick up the part. I kept in touch with the technician. I picked up the part, and notified the technician I had the part in hand. I rushed back to the house to deliver the part and the technician had left. When I called him he did not answer my calls and did not reschedule a time to come back and complete the garage door installation. This was extremely disappointing.
