Hi, I'm not at all happy with the work Dustin did for my garage door issue. You guys sold me spring and rollers and charged me $766.85 and the problem is still there. I made a call about it and you sent Dustin to asses the problem and he is saying that the reason the garage door is loud is because the door is not insulated. My question is, why did he not not tell me this the first time around instead of selling me spring and rollers? I had purchased the spring recently and had a professional install it, Dustin told me that it was the wrong type of spring and that was the reason for the door loudness. He removed the spring that I recently purchased and installed new one, obviously his diagnosis was wrong and I should not be paying for his mistake. I am most pleased. first--the repair man followed directions and arrived on the dot and at my garage door, exactly where I ask him to be. In talking over how the door was behaving, he told me what he thought was going on and we decided the best solution was to replace the opener and the springs and etc. He did not talk me into anything--it was kind of what I had been thinking before he got here.
