Matt arrived, surveyed the situation after I gave him the rundown and after a bit of investigation, he provided me two repair options as well as replace. I was not ready for a new set of doors at this time, so selected the repair option that made the most sense to me. He made quick work of adding a strut & then tuning up the system and the door works very well (better than expected). Definitely extended the life of the system and I'll be calling Precision when the time comes for my new doors.

These guys are good! Jon Topping was my technician. He did a great job for me. Over the last 20 years I’ve had Precision do my service work and never had a problem with any of the technicians. My doors went from sounding like a bag of bolts to a nice quite movement. I’ll have back next year for my annual check up.
