I called in because my springs and cables broke due to an issue with my garage door getting stuck while opening. James came and was very helpful, installing new springs and a new garage door opener. He left his card and encouraged us to call him directly should we have any issues after he left. Unfortunately, we were having the same issue as we did prior to our springs breaking, so I called James and he came back out. During his second visit, he adjusted the start/stop on the garage door opener. Again, this did not fix the original issue. Frustrated, I called and texted James multiple times with no response. This left a very bad taste in my mouth about Precision Door's post-sale follow up and care. Ultimately, I had to call into the service line in order to get another tech t(Dustin) to come out. Dustin came out to the house and was helpful. He made an adjustment to the garage door but again, the same problem persisted and my garage door continued to get stuck while opening. I called Dustin and he said that he would come back to the house that night or the next morning. Unfortunately, he never showed up or called. This has been very disappointing because I considered Precision Door to be a reputable and capable company. Finally, I had to have another company come out to repair what turned out to be an easy fix. I hope this feedback helps your quality improve in the future.
