As everyone knows, an unexpected situation can be quite stressful. My wife and I were heading out with the kids, and the cable on our garage door snapped. We gave Precision Garage Door Service a call, and they had a technician scheduled out to our place the very next business day. Our technician (Bruce M) gave me a courtesy call just like the phone representative indicated he would. He arrived at the early end of his time frame, and was able to quickly identify what the issue was. He provided me with a reasonable quote and quickly made all of the required repairs. Garage door works good as new. We were very pleased with the quick response, timeliness and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend this company and ask for Bruce if possible.
