Jonathan came out to look at the problems with the door travel and the light being out. He provided quick diagnosis and fix of the two issues. Additionally, he recommended roller and bracket replacements. Reasonable cost and very quick installation. Jonathan was knowledgable of this older door mechanics, quick, courteous, and very efficient. He answered all of my questions and solved all of my short term predicaments. Thanks for the help!!

This review is for Bruce Moutaw. The Precision notification system is excellent and much appreciated. I received appointment confirmation and reminders via email and text, and a 30 min heads up with a picture of Bruce, all highly appreciated. Bruce called to let me know he was available ahead of schedule, which again was much appreciated. He quickly diagnosed my issue and was very detailed with his thoughts throughout. He took the time to educate me about the battery backup feature. During the repair, he was efficient and proficient. Bruce was very professional and provided excellent service.
