James was awesome. I've had a few problems with the door since having it installed and I've always been extremely happy with the Precision service starting with the woman who answers the phone and make the appointment to the service techs who come out. I couldn't be happier with the company as a whole and the work done by all who I've dealt with. Today was an easy fix but James was concerned that if there was an additional problem I should definitely call him. THANK YOU!

James Myer responded to my desperate request for garage door service. I called Precision Door Service because my garage door began to make screeching noises and would not fully open or close. I told them that operation of my garage door was critical as the garage contained a very valuable car. Two hours later, James Myers arrived, found the source of the problem and fixed it. Plus he fully tested the operation of the door -- including remote control operation -- before he left. And now my feisty Ferrari is once again safely secured inside my garage. I was informed that this estimate would cost 59.95 which I agreed to. After they came and I was told to not use them they told me because they romoved to wires I would have to pay them labor and added an additional charge. Now I would not use them ever again. They tried to sell me a up sell at a cost of $1300. I got the exact same spring installed for $388. I’ was told I should file a complaint with the state attorney generals office for elder abuse. Very happy with the service. Called in the AM. Tech came out and checked out the door. Quoted the repair. Then made the repair. All of the above done within a 4 hr time block. Soup to nuts. Easy. And best of all now our garage door is functioning again.

Not sure if "rollers" was the correct product sold...he replaced the bottom rubber/weather stripping as well as oiled and serviced the springs, etc. We are very pleased and if any of our neighbors ask for a recommendation for a garage door company we will certainly recommend Precision Door Service!!

Since our garage ceiling is low, He had to do extra work to replace the springs, and he had to adjust the track and a limit switch more times than it should be. Our tech was Bruce Moutaw. On arrival Bruce explained everything he found needing repair, or replacement, and explained why they needed to be replaced. Then after completion Bruce explained how these repairs and replacements would work. So besides a good repair tech, Bruce would make a good teacher.
