First of all, a technician show up early than an appointment time that rush us to arrange him to enter the house. I felt some kind of pushing the sale without proper explanation what makes sense to me. lastely, he demands the payment upfront before the work performed was rude and unprofessional. It seems either he is levels me not trustable customer and or trying to overrule the customer. he definitely has some kind of personal issue to me. It makes me not happy and regrettable to contact your company.
