Hello, For clarification, we do not have a broken door spring. However, we did want to change the window inserts on our garage door. Diego arrived promptly on Monday, June 15 and we enjoyed a friendly experience with his information about our project. Diego told us that he would call us by end of Monday workday with information regarding availability of our desired product. When we didn't hear from Diego, we called the office and was assured we would be contacted soon. Since we have yet to hear from anyone from Precision, we are assuming that Diego has fallen deathly I'll or our project is too small for your company.
