Ben did a terrific job of attempting with an extensive lube to eliminate the squealing that was present--explaining what he was doing throughout. Ultimately, we chose to have new rollers installed. He did that quickly and efficiently, and it is a much more satisfactory situation now.

Discussed the need for clearance prior to hanging. Did not meet that expectation. Door is EXTREMELY slow, but on the positive side is quiet. The remotes have poor range. Combined with the speed there is a lot of time wasted waiting for the door to open and close. Have not received the final sales invoice. Elisha is a very nice young man, courteous and hard working, there is nothing negative about him, it is the product getting the sub satisfactory rating. The initial contact with Precision to fix the spring failed, so this encounter was for the complete system: spring, door, motor and tracks.
