We had a new opener installed a few months ago and decided at that time not to get the keypad. We changed our minds and wanted it after all. Jonathan came out first thing and installed it for us in less than 15 minutes. He was great, and Precision Door even waived the additional service fee. They are the best! Service not complete yet due to some parts that were ordered. Dustin took the time to explain to me what was happening with our door and what parts were needed to fix it. Very professional first visit! He comes back on Thursday to complete the repairs.

Really prompt service and very fast. Finished the entire job in less than an hour. Great employee, personable and knowledgeable. Price of the job was 40% higher than expected however, especially just for a spring replacement. Business model seems to push expensive overpriced items. No issues with work quality, just disappointed in the price point.
