Great company amazing employees I probably had to deal with three to four different checks so far with the properties that I manage and each time I felt very confident not only in the work that was performed but also what was done to correct issue and no overselling items that ones does not need. Do yourself a huge favor call these guys first before you have another company come out! This is from someone who manages 75 properties in San Diego as you would imagine keeping tenants happy along with the owners of the property such as cost is is not always easy but feel confident with this company when they come out you're only getting what you need not some spiel on why you need to replace everything. Completed the install, explained and demonstrated the operation of the opener. Provided owner manual. Cleaned up removing any and all wrappers old parts. Disappointed with the company. The technician concluded that the opener needed to be replaced because the motor was dead. But, the only available replacement openers were high end at $750. Having a more budget friendly alternative would have been helpful. Needless to say it was a waste of his time and mine. Not bad, $60 for a 10 minute service appointment.
