Greg arrived right on time. Following Covid protocol. Greg was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable . Greg explained and showed us broken areas on the garage door( we drove in to garage!) He offered to get a brand new garage door with all the required broken assemblies. The door is not fixable unfortunately. He called another service man to rearrange the door to stay in place and safe until end of the week to install the new door. Thank you Greg for pleasant experience with this unpleasant situation.

There was no broken door spring repair. The svc call was delay in opening or closing the door, which resulted in the light flashing. This problem did not present itself while the technicians was here. Very expensiv call.
