Mark, our technician, was punctual, polite, and very professional. He wasn't successful in finding replacement window trim from Wayne Dalton (discontinued item), but was able to remove the trim without it affecting the glass integrity/safety itself. He removed the rest of the window trims. We found the glass windows to be secure without the trim. A little Windex on the glass and the door looks like new! No charge for the service call. Mark knows his business very well! It was a pleasure to have him here to help us! If we ever have any problems with the garage door, we have Precision Garage Doors number handy and will call them first!

Very professional service. They notify you in advance who will be showing up at your door. The tech Justin Brown called to let us know he would arrive in 15 minutes and he was right on time.
