Today around 12:20, a technician came and tried to repair my 8x7ft garage door. He replaced rollers and wires and charged $317. He spent about 2 hours for repair, but he did not fix completely. Garage door is not completely closed. He said to replace the garage door opener to new one. But I don't think that issue. after his repair, door is open too much and not closed completely. There are about 1 inch gap to floor. But he asked to pay full amount, I paid. I am afraid mice will enter through that space.

The mechanic called before he arrived, and was very prompt arriving. He examined the garage door system, and offered several packages to fix the door system and optimize it. We have no cars in the garage and open and close the door infrequently--sometimes only once or twice a week--so we asked him to just adjust the existing equipment, and he agreed to do that. The door seems to be operating properly now. We will keep Precision on file in case of any further work needed. Thank you for your prompt help.
