Having a garage door failure isn't something you plan on nor does it happen very often but when it does I would recommend Precision Garage Door of San Diego. The spring broke and left me without a functioning door so I asked around and contacted multiple companies, Precision is the only one who contacted me back. Their website allowed me to book a service call for the same day, I picked the 2 hour window. I later received a phone call from Jon Topping, the tech who did the work, asking if I was available and if he could come by earlier than the window of time selected. I also was sent an email with a photo of Jon from the company with his info so I knew who was coming. Once Jon showed up he immediately recognized the manufacturer of the door I had and knew what was the likely issue before entering my garage. After giving me a quote with multiple options I agreed to have Jon do the work. An hour later the job was complete and the door never worked and sounded this quiet before. Thanks Jon for turning an untimely situation into a job well done.
