Excellent service. Alfredo was knowledgeable and efficient. After adjusting the force on the third door, he determined that the spring was okay. Replaced the metal rollers with vinyl ones and lubed and sprayed all three doors. Everything is working fine!

If I could give this company ten stars, I would. We booked our appointment online only 16 hours in advance. We were confirmed within minutes, and our tech arrived at the very start of the two hour window so we weren't waiting around all morning. Yeah! Mario Guzman was our technician. He was super friendly, efficient, and incredibly professional. He showed us all of our options and there was zero pressure nor hard sale. We received a text in advance of his arrival with a reconfirmation of the appointment and the technicians photo so we knew who to expect at our door. The prices were incredibly reasonable. Precision Garage Door will be our forever service provider in San Diego and we will ask for Mario by name. Incredibly happy with this experience.
