Josh who repaired and replaced the door springs in early October came back this morning and this time he had to change the motor and installed a new one. Josh Jackson is very helpful, very professional and did this morning what he told us might have to be done - a while after the first reparation. We are very satisfied with his work and his clear explanations.

He is known overpricing to customer any given job, even he has knowledge and urgent care attitude. He described himself family oriented and customer care but his reaction contradicts all of his professionalism and advertisement. I wouldn’t recommend his performance to my neighbor any further.

I had called other garage door repair places but would have to wait until after Christmas. Not Precision. Chasen was on the job. He called and offered to show up earlier than scheduled. Wow! Super efficient in replacing the spring and did a tune up on the operation. I would recommend Precision to anyone.
