They sent a technician, Norby, to my home within two hours and he replaced my rollers in about 30 minutes. The customer service was great from start to finish. I appreciated the text updates and call from Norby when he was on his way. I still think about you guys when I open and close my garage door—and don’t hear anything! Thank you!
