I was receiving a #28 error code on my garage door opener. The garage door also stopped going all the way down and somehow seemed to have reprogrammed itself. Gabriel came out and within minutes everything was restored. Gabriel installed my door and opener originally and was very knowledgeable then as he is now. In my opinion he is a great asset to Precision Door Service. Not only a few professional, he has an awesome personality and demeanor. Very courteous and personable. Thanks Gabriel!

MATT WAS EXCELLENT. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE HAD HIM DOING DUAL GARAGE OPENERS, SPRINGS AND ROLLERS SINCE THEY WERE ALL GETTING OLDER AND WE NEEDED THE BATTERY BACKUP WHEN WE SELL OUR HOUSE. Thanks Greg. Ugh after you left Bldg president asked me to ask you about the garage windows. There are 8 doors each with two window. All 16 windows (20x45 approximately) have a frosted film which is bubbling. They would like to get a price on. Removing the film and replacing it. This is separate from the job on my door Thanks Jordan

Overall great service. There was a waiting period for the garage door, but once it became available, they called me to set up the appointment. In addition, they sent text messages and emails regarding the installation. Communication was thorough. Once the workers arrived, they got right to work and completed the installation within a couple of hours. Once complete, they verified everything worked properly and that I was satisfied with the work. The only problem I have is that after they left, I noticed that the when they removed the old door, the spots where the old door was attached were not left as is. I realize it probably isn't their job to paint over, or cover those spots, but they could have asked me to look at the spots before they completed the installation to show me that those spots would not be covered up by the new door trim.

Norby was our tech. He explained our options thoroughly and provided an efficient installation of the new opener. We also had new ball bearing rollers installed which made the door significantly quieter. Norby explained the operations of everything at the end and lubed everything on the door and showed us how to do that. Very through. He also wore a mask at all times which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend your company.

My tech was Jonathan not Ben- he gave a very thorough product presentation and is very well trained in the upsell- He was here for a total of 20 minutes and 8 to 10 minutes of that was reviewing the upsell options. The fact that precision charge me $149 for a trolley part when it’s listed online for $39 is highway robbery and the total invoice of $241 in my opinion should be in somewhere closer to 125 to 150..I’ll be going elsewhere next time I need garage door repair
