Tech Gabriel Angulo was on time and prepared to get to work. He conducted a through diagnostic which identified the problem quickly. This was a home warranty service call so it required prior authorization which he was able to secure on the spot. He had the materials needed to change out the old garage door opener with a new opener and battery backup quickly and efficiently. Gabe maintained all appropriate social distancing and pandemic hygiene precautions. I give Gabe 2 thumbs up!

Many thanks to Bridgette who did her very best to ensure that a technician would be able to come by the same evening and fix the garage door on a Friday evening. Our neighborhood has many children, ages 2-10 who play in the nearby area every afternoon. My garage is located in an area that I could not see from my unit and I was extremely worried regarding the safety of curious neighbors and their children. Gabriel arrive over an hour earlier than scheduled. Gabriel also presented several options for service and I decided that the transferable lifetime warranty was the best option because I wasn't sure what other components of the garage needed attention and repair. Gabriel was very thorough with this work and caught the attention of two other neighbors. One of my neighbors remembered Gabriel from previous work he had done well for their garage. The other neighbor asked him for advice. Although he had been working all day and it was well after dark, he was patient, friendly and helpful to all of us.
