Bruce the repair guy was great! Very professional, explained what was needed. Polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. It took two days to make an appointment since the system was down. Then the appointment was double booked. Everything was late, called the office and got disconnected. Not impressed with office staff, installer was great.

Bruce was professional and prompt. He explained the existing problem and provided reasonable solutions. Bruce is very experienced and gave detailed descriptions of products and installation requirements. and warranty. Bruce wore his PPE and worked very hard replacing the equipment in very hot conditions in a timely manner. When finished we received a complete training and operational session and Bruce cleaned up.
