I got a great garage door too. One complaint is the bottom rubber was very distorted in shipping and I would like a new one if possible

It's only been a few days since our garage door was installed but so far so good. It runs smoothly and looks nice which is what one wants in a garage door. Jesse, the installer, was a nice young man. His job would have been easier if the salesperson would have given more information regarding our setup. As it was, my husband had to help with the door removal. Other than that, great job!

Bailey arrived on time and did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem and providing an estimate of repairs . My only comment for improved customer service is that when I contacted the office to schedule a technician no one ever mentioned the Internet specials that were available at this time I have since reviewed your webpage and found that remote wireless keypad is available and the technician is rescheduling to come back to complete its installation Free of charge Thank you Dan and Laurie Higbee
