Tech was Jon Topping. I was able to get the repairs done an hour and a half after making the initial call. Jon was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. I wouldn't hesitate to use Precision again. The repairs came with a lifetime warranty on the parts as a bonus.

Tech was on time and courteous and practiced safety. I showed him the single broken spring. He did an inspection and suggested replacement of additional items but I declined as the added items approached the cost of a whole door replacement. I said to just replace the springs . He charged me $695 which I consented to. He replaced the springs in about 20 minutes. I asked him what the springs cost and he said $300. Thus even with the flat $69 service fee his rate for labor was about $800 per hour. This was very disappointing when I learned the average cost for spring replacement was between $250 (Low) and $500 (High) including parts and labor. Not sure if I’d recommend this company for this particular service.

I feel you did what a lot of companies do. Tell me one price over the phone then it turns out to be a lot more. I guess it depends on where you live and what kind of car you have in your garage. Oh yeah, and let's not forget who's making the decision. A woman is much easier to fool. After your technician left my house I talked to two men who assured me that I paid way too much. If you want to make this right, I won't leave a scathing review on yelp.

Tech- Bailey E. was awesome (courteous, professional and efficient). He actually waited for us since we were a bit late. Once inside, he quickly diagnosed the problem and patiently explained several course of options moving forward along with cost estimates. Most of all, he braced the spring door support and safely opened the garage door to allow us to move the car out so that it wouldn't be stuck inside the garage. It was all complementary - NO CHARGEs. Excellent services/people.
