Jonathan was very detailed when he provided the explanations of the issue at hand. He was given the ok to proceed with the repair and he completed the job in a very professional way. He made the appropriate maintenance recommendations. At the end of the job he left the garage area clean. He went over the entire installation and the new features of the garage motor belt driven installed and remote controllers provided. While he was doing the job he was training a new employee and I observed that he was a great coach. Thank you Jonathan for the great service provided.

My service technician was James Myer. He was great to work with and very interested in getting me set with the correct unit. I give five stars for the work that he did today. It is hard for me to believe that I could get someone to come out a day after I called and then to install the unit on the same trip. I really appreciate the promptness and will call Precision again in one to two years when I am ready for a new door.

The broken part was one of the spring. Justin the repairman/technician offered me fro him to replace parts including: springs, rollers, cables and one of the hinges that holds the garage door together for a life time warranty. He told me to send the receipt thru email but haven't received it yet.

Precision Door of San Diego installed my garage door in 2008. Noticed the door wasn't closing completely (about a 2 inch gap between the garage floor and the bottom of the door). I called the Company and they were willing to send out a Technician within 4 hours. I wasn't available then, but chose the next day. The Technician arrived on time and was finished within half the time allotted. The repair price was reasonable and he gave me tips to watch for a re-occurrence and recommended part replacement should the problem reoccur. Great service and great advice for a Home Owner.
