Josh was great, arrived early, clearly explained what was needed. Gave me range of estimates. No push back when I said I wanted to get further estimates. I do however, have one large concern. Josh was wearing only a bandana, it had slipped off his nose. He promptly pulled it up and apologized upon request. However, having dealt with several companies during the pandemic, I found it less than professional that he did not have company issued appropriate masks. Research is clear bandanas not enough. For this reason I would be hesitant to deal with your company. Not Josh's fault, but yours. Provide the best possible masks to your employees and require them to wear them. Other companies are listing the protection steps they take, recommend you do the same.

We had our garage doors replaced, a double and a single, plus a new opener for the double. At first there was only one guy, but luckily, they Sent a second guy work on this, so they were done by 4:30 or so. Clean up was pretty good and the doors look great. They have to stop in with the window inserts and a surge protector, which were not in, but trust they will be installed soon.

Greg was super friendly and informative! He gave us a lot of choices as well as different color options. Greg also take his time with my husband and I and explaining the different products and how the insulation would be like if we happen to go with his company. Not to mention he also said that if we went with his company and that the waiting period to the COVID 19 The waiting period would be 5 to 8 weeks and that because our garage door isn’t currently working due to the broken spring he said that the company would fix our spraying temporarily while our new garage door was on order. Greg was great!

The tech knew exactly what he was doing and was also very careful considering the times we are in right now. After a quick assessment to figure out the problem he took care of it in a timely and very efficient manner and left only after checking repeatedly that everything worked as it should. Gave me a couple of pointers and recommendations for what regards maintenance and then left like he was never there. Oh and the best part is that the appointment was scheduled between 4 and 6 in the afternoon, he called me before that to see if I were home and after it was all said and done it was 3:45pm. Highly recommended.
