James Myer came to my garage to find the problem of an old garage door opener that was erratic. He found the problem quickly and gave me two options: replace a part in a 20 + year old machine (which would be a band-aid) or to replace it with a new machine. He made a good argument to replace and had the equipment to do that right away. As he proceed he found other problems that could cause problems and took care of those. I could quickly tell he was a professional. The old heavy garage door opens and closes like a brand new one. James did a great job!

Hi, We are very happy with our new garage door opener. Josh did an outstanding job on it, and was a great guy also! However, I was surprised to see a $59.95 "service call" charge on the bill. We originally called for an estimate, which turned into an installation by Josh. There was never any thought to servicing our old opener, we intended to get a new one all along. The old one was 17 years old. I'm pretty sure this service charge was a mistake, especially when I see that the heading of this e-mail that you sent me says the service was a broken garage door spring repair, and that the product sold was "none". Our spring works fine, and was not the reason we called at all. I would appreciate it if you would look into these charges. Thank you. Bob Bent
