Homeowners are often told to get multiple estimates before hiring any business to do a job. I went with my first and only choice and am very satisfied with the product and excellent customer service-- from our estimator Greg Burnes, technicians Hollis Durland and Bruce Moutaw to customer service rep Becky. We appreciate the email and text appointment reminders along with the photos! Toward the end of the installation, we had a minor hiccup with paperwork and it was quickly resolved and technician came back to complete the job. We had our garage door installed last week and it is amazingly quiet and smooth. We would highly recommend this product to our family and friends.

After completing installing the garage doors and openers, they explained how to operate and maintain the garage doors. They both do excellent work.

Josh did a great job.He quickly diagnosed the problem. The springs had lost their tension so the opener itself was doing all the work. The door was closing erratically forcing the rollers to bind against the rails thus damaging the rollers. New springs and rollers took care of the problem. Took about 45 minutes and the door works fine. Ed

Gabriel did an excellent job. He even called me about an hour in advance letting me know he’s close by and will arrive on time. I give Gabriel an A++ rating. However, I’m disappointed on the PDS370 LED lights. They are so dim when the garage door is fully closed. I can barely see in front of me. I would like to know if Precision Door can fix that?

First, none of the items above relate to my problem and to the extended time for the technician to acquire the part for the repair and caused me to have to lift and close the door by hand for two extra days. It is a Genie unit and the "trolley" on the chain broke. When the technician arrived and saw the problem I told him I had tried to source the part to do the repair myself but found that the part was out of stock at the supplier and I could find it no where. Your tech James Myer said he would check with his supplier for the part and they did have one and said they would hold it. James said he would pick it up Monday and call. It took two full days to get a P.O. to the supplier for the part. I think you see the bottle neck here. Other than that I am fully satisfied and James is a great technician.
