Matthew Gisbert showed up on time, evaluated the garage issues and gave me a variety of repair options up front. Once we decided on a path forward he got the job done quick then ran me through everything that he did once he finished. There was a slight delay due to the garage door we owned and a last minute work addition I made but Matt scheduled another appointment and came back out once he had the parts needed. Will definitely continue using Precision with technicians like Matthew on staff. Thanks Matt!

I can't give Precision 10 stars, but I can tell you that they are a company like no other. When I bought my door system, they were timely with a great product at a fair price. Over two years later it needed some attention and Precision was there in a day and fix it and... Get this... at no charge. No charge! What kind of company does that? I was expecting a $150 plus bill for a service call and they fixed it for free. I only wish Precision also sold appliances, air conditioners, hot water heaters, and everything else. These people know how to run a customer-centric business. Need a garage door? Call them now. You'll be beyond happy.

Cameron Casey arrived the same day I called, within the time window that I was promised. I appreciate how honest he was about the diagnosis and his patience (I was at work and I kept on missing his calls). I want to thank Cameron for being transparent with the entire process. After servicing my garage unit, come to find out there’s nothing wrong with my garage unit. Just needed to tighten the springs. :)

Spring broke on the garage door Friday around 5:00 pm. Called Precision as soon as I got in the house. They were able to come on Saturday between 8:00 am & 10:00 am. They called Saturday morning and were on there way at 8:00 am. Benjamin was done with replacing the spring and checking the door by 8:35 am. Thank you Precision Garage Door Services! Theresa

Very nice, friendly service man. But he surprised us with a quote to replace just about everything at a surprisingly high price. we didn't have enough knowledge to negotiate. So we decided to let him go and take the loss of the service visit & inspection fee of nearly $90. He called his manager a couple times before he got to a price that was still high but replaced our motor, drive, springs, and roller wheels that seemed maybe in the ball park. It's a much nicer, quieter, safer and up-to-date system, (ours was 20+ years old), but we would have preferred not to go through their frustrating "gotcha" cheezy sales tactics and KNOW we got a competitive price.

i would like to say that your service tech was right on time. he took the time to give me a choice of repair options , that was good. the only problem was the estimates he gave me were why out of the ball park that i was given over the phone. the young lady on the phone said that a charge of $170.00 per spring would be the charge for the basic broken spring. the lowest estimate that dustin gave me was $370.00 per spring. that was too far above the quote on the phone. so thank you very much. bill and janet mcneal
