Do not use this company, one big rip off. person that came out was rude. He quoted prices that were way too high and charged me over $ 500 to fix a simple thing. Also quoted $ 1200 to replace my garage opener and when I questioned him on the price, he said that is the price, I said no thank you. I just had it replaced for $ 750 by someone else. I had owned my own business and everyone should make a profit, but charging $ 500 over the competition , you are ripping the customer off.

Benjamin Pancarik was the most helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous tech representing Precision who has tried to “fix” my garage door. He went overboard in his efforts to fix the problem. He explained everything in layman’s terms and was extremely patient with two women watching his attempts to solve the problems once and for all. I’d highly recommend him as the best tech from your company! I will definitely ask for Benjamin’s help if the need arises AGAIN. Thank you.

Matthew Gisbert responded to our request for Precission Door Service to address a problem with our garage door. Our experience with Matthew was quite positive. From the time of our initial contact with Matthew we were comfortable that our problem would be solved. Matthew analyzed our problem and recommended the alternative resolutions. Our final decision was to replace our springs . Matthew had equipment in his track which provided a couple alternatives. With his explanation we proceeded to have him complete the repair. Not only was Matthew on time with our appointment he met our tight time frame in completing our repair. We certainly would recommend Matthew and Precission for garage repairs as others needs evolve.

Jesse Franco was/is an awesome technician. He was on time ready to get the install started and completed. Jesse Franco explained the process thoroughly and verified the requested product. There was a computer mix up with the door color. Jesse called and with in an hour the right door arrived. I’m not sure if the technicians name but he also was very courteous and professional.
