This was the best Customer Service, I really like how quickly they responded to my call and immediately send a Technician on the way, even though it was late they still took my call. My garage door was damaged and inoperable, Gabriel the Technician took care of the issue, he explained what was the problem with the garage door, and showed me the areas he was going to repair, and the parts he needed to replace, he gave me the best estimate and fixed my garage door immediately, he was knowledgeable and efficient, friendly and respectful, overall Gabriel Angulo was very Professional, prices are fair and affordable,great Customer Service and most of all very reliable. First, communication was great. I had two confirmations of the appointment, and then the representative, Ben Harbour called me about 20 minutes out to confirm his arrival time. Ben was polite, informed, listened to all my concerns, gave me good options, walked me through the specific installation details (like chipping a bit of concrete or installing a two-by-four), was very clear about costs plus add-ons for windows, etc. I feel 100 percent confident in my decision to work with this company thanks to Ben's presentation.
