Josh was great. The remote was working intermittently and he tried several things but none of them worked. Ultimately the decision was made to install a new motor since my motor was quite old. Well Benjamin could not find any fault with the operation of the door but there was a lot of fault this morning when it took me over 5 attempts to get the door to stay open so I could get my car out of the garage and then 10 attempts to finally get the door closed this morning. But....apparently that was an isolated incidence not to de duplicated as Benjamin gave it his all to replicate the issue but to no avail. Benjamin was wonderful and extremely professional and I thank he and Precision of San Diego for their always excellent response time and work.
