He quickly identified the problem of the bottom wheel running outside of the track, and some track areas that allowed the wheel to jump out. He corrected the channel and lubricated the rollers and hinges. All now quiet. Thank you.

Mr. Spratt: WOW! Now I get it. Matthew did his best to sell me a new garage door (+opener, track, etc.). I only wanted him to fix the Chamberlin Liftmaster that I have. He seemed to be uncomfortable doing a diagnosis. Long story short, he expertly assessed the problem, ordered the appropriate circuit board, and fixed my garage door.
