After getting quotes for repair and replacement from many places, Precision and specifically Josh were so transparent and informative about models and pricing vs the other companies that were secretive and oddly passive aggressive. I told them I'd have to get back to them and price compare and they were not upset about it at all, just very nice and willing to work with me to earn my business. Compared to everyone else I got quotes from, Precision was so trustworthy, I trusted to give my business to them. Josh was able to come back the next day and completed the installation so quickly. Garage door would not close because one of the sensors was not getting power. The technician, Mario, was prompt, pleasant, professional, thorough, and knowledgable.
