I am very happy and pleased with Precision door service. Jonathan was an excellent technician. He was very courteous, and gave us multiple options to fix our garage door. He wasn’t pushy in anyway and again gave us multiple options to choose from to fix the problem. I really did have a good experience from the time I called the dispatcher through the Jonathan (tech). Someone was able to come in within the hour to fix the problem! I’m also extremely happy with the lifetime guarantee! I will definitely be recommending precision garage door service! Thanks

Came out to repair same day! Dustin did a fast, thorough job fixing the broken spring, then giving the whole system a tune up. All good now. Great service! Wouldn't call anyone else for a garage door problem.

This was a service call to fix what the last guy messed up. The tech told me we needed a new opener and sensors. I am sure he is correct. However, did garage door suddenly go bad in 2 weeks and only 4 uses? Why did the first guy not tell this? Now I will have to pay an extra $80 for the service call if they come out again. It should all of been done correctly the first time! I guess that is one way to get more money put of people! Keep adding stuff so they have to pay for more service calls. Disappointed in that part of your service. If you want my business, you will deduct the cost of an additional service call for something that should have been done correctly the first time!
