Great partial overhaul service (replaced springs, rollers, couple hinges, end of shaft hardware) at premium price ($2,000) but seems like high quality parts and Javy excellent tech did job within 1 hr and apparently lifetime warranty for what he did.

After talking to two of my neighbors who had the exact same garage door repair done by two other companies, it was clear that we paid way too much. Both of them paid more than $1000 LESS for the same repair on the same garage door from the same builder in our community. Both of their repairs were within the last 4 months. We needed it done because I was going out of town, so after the technician quoted me a price, I asked if they were competitive and of course he said yes. If I had gone with one of the other two companies my neighbors used, I would have saved over $1000. The call was at 4:00 in the afternoon, so no weekend or after hours emergency calls. The work done was fine, but we clearly could have gotten the same exact work for less than half of what we paid. This leaves you feeling taken advantage of. Ultimately, it was my reasonability for not getting additional quotes, but I trusted their technician was giving me a fair price and clearly he didn't.
