Matt was so awesome. he can out just a few hours after I called the company. He was very informative and professional. He explained various options for us to consider. Our garage door opener was 22 years old. While he could have just fixed the portion that was broken, after speaking with him and thinking about the various options, we chose to replace the motor, rails, springs and remotes.
